Richard H. Meads, CPA
Richard is CPA with over twenty-five years financial management experience including eight in industry positions and the remainder as a CPA in public practice. His experience as a CPA includes many years with the Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), an international "Big 4" accounting firm, where he his broad-based client base included large publicly traded companies as well as smaller, emerging businesses in industries including high tech, software, transportation, real estate, oil & gas, retail and food services, healthcare and manufacturing/distribution. He has also spent eleven years in his own accounting, tax and consulting practice in Northwest Arkansas.
His business experience includes all facets of financial management including SEC financial reporting, acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, legal record keeping, banking and investor relations, systems selection and installation and tax planning and reporting.
Richard is a graduate of The University of Texas as Austin and is married with two children.
